Carousel Bakery - Hazlet Twp

I’ve never been to the bakery. But I had a friend drop me off 2 powdered jelly donuts. I didn’t even want them because of my diet. I was a little annoyed. It was early in the morning and I was like I’m not eating these. Later on at night I decided I’ll give them a try after dinner. So I go to get one, and I was like wow, these are still super soft, ok let’s bite into it. My god, it was like biting into a cloud. So soft and delicious. Then I got to the jelly, and I creamed my pants. It really took a lot of self control to not eat the second donut. Seriously, that was the best jelly donut I’ve ever had in my life. I wish I lived close by, but if I’m ever in the area I’ll definitely stop in and get a dozen of those bad girls.

Our experience with Lastenia and Carousel Bakery was nothing but perfect. Our daughters wedding desserts for her I Do BBQ Wedding were fabulous Wedding Cake, pies, cupcakes, and pasties. We did not go based off of reviews, a very dear friend referred us to Lastenia and we are so happy he did. This place makes the best cakes EVER...they make a mocha cake that is to die for..everyone raves about the cakes when I bring them.... a REAL bakery, not frozen reheated stuff some places sell..

For a small shop they have a great selection of cookies, cakes, donuts, and even breads it took a few minutes but I ordered 2 large chocolate chips, 2 peanut butter cookies a black white cookie. Bought chocolate Chip peanut butter were very good. I didn't have the black white but my mom loved it. Definitely have to go back to try one of there cakes.

Ordered a custom cake back in October 2018. We were worried something might not come out perfect, but it did! Amazing cake wonderful company, will definitely be ordering again.
