New China saves the day!!! I placed an order with Door Dash and had a Dasher accept immediately. I watched as the icon got to within a block of the restaurant and stopped, remaining unmoving for over 20 minutes. I tried to reach out to the Dasher to see if she was okay, but got a who is this response. Contacted Door Dash support and this guy said the restaurant was very busy.Needless to say, I called the restaurant and was told my food was ready and was sitting there getting cold! The Door Dash order was cancelled and refunded, so the manager advised they would be cooking my order fresh. Even though I had to go get my order, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious (as usual).I have been getting takeout from New China for several months now, and the food is always great, hot ready when I get there, and the service is always impeccable! Thank you New China, my hero!!
