The fries were hot, and I was lucky enough to have someone who was curtious at the window. I've basically given up on receiving customer service at food fast places anymore. I ordered 2 sausage mbgriddles and the only one I got did not even have a piece of sausage on it and did not get the other one at all. And while I was waiting in line 3 other people came in with their orders wrong. And then went back and told them and they were to sorry to correct it. The hot chocolate machine is ALWAYS down . A small order of bacon consists of 2 pieces. And I never get butter when I order grits. Poor service.
