Taco Bell - Hazard

Through the ride thru and as always service was quick and friendly. The food was hot and delicious. Never deceived

Your food is always cheap, always delicious, and always there if you don't feel like cooking or are simply in the mood for something else. I have a love hat relationship with the menu; I love the fact that they keep it interesting by adding new things quite regularly, after 20 years of eating there I have not yet tired of it, but I hate the fact that sometimes their new options do not stay as long as I would prefer * cough * aftero pommes. I think this Tacoglocke in Hazard is one of the better. The food is perfect at least 99% of the time, the workers are friendly and the service is great, and I really have nothing bad about this one other than the ride through is always packed out, it takes at least 10 or 15 minutes to get through and this is on a good day, I had it take much longer, but I know that they work as fast as possible, so I think there is not much they can do... Even almost every time I go through, they eventually leave my order or screw it up by placing salads or tomatoes on something I have ordered especially without it (and even shows on the entrance, so I know they have heard me... I actually have to expect that now, and after I'm in the ridiculously long ride through the line a 2. Let's wait to get everything that was missing or my food fixed too many times, I refuse to pull out now without going through the back quickly and make sure everything is there and how we ordered it. But there are very few fast food places that I was in my life, where exactly the same does not happen, so I don't hold it against them. Tl;DR: Yummy affordable food and friendly service, just make sure you check your order before you leave!

Most of the staff here is excellent and offer wonderful service as fast as they can. The food is always warm and delicious. My two complaints here are related to higher management. I'm a very nice and respectful person but had an issue with my order not being found in their online system. The girl at the window was a little lost which is totally fine, but I could hear the lady night manager talking about me inside to this nice employee and it was quite unprofessional. Worst part is the issue was left unresolved and I was left feeling a bit ignored. The second complaint is that inside the air conditioning is broken and it is boiling hot. The owner should be ashamed to let their employees work in these conditions. In conclusion if you don't run into this manager or have to go inside to eat and/or work here... Everything else is great lol
