Costa Coffee - Haywards Heath

This second of the costa is my place when I am at work. nora is the manager and she's brilliant, so her fellow workers are. she is very helpful and knowledgeable, let me know what they have up and goes out of her to help. today their coffee machine didn't work. she said she would call me to let my colleagues and I know when it was back on track. what she did!

This review isn't focused on the coffee and cake, which are both deserving of 4 stars (especially the cake), but rather on the exceptional service, which I would rate at 6 stars. I stopped by today during a long trip for a caffeine boost. A woman ahead of me was rude to the young server because they refused to make a special drink not on the menu and insisted on paying whatever price she felt was appropriate. The servers remained polite and professional, while she was aggressive and completely unjust. Kudos to the two servers for being a credit to their generation; it's a shame to see some behavior from people in mine.

The staff there are always so attractive, and the coffee is consistently beautiful, whether you take it to go or enjoy it in the café!

This Costa Coffee shop is as good as the others I’ve visited. The seating is comfortable, and the space is clean. The staff was decent. It would be great if they could offer a few sandwiches or wraps as well.
