Ribs-n-things Bbq - Hayward

The sweet maple BBQ sauce over the smoked ribs was really amazing. The unsweetened cornbread soaked up the sauce perfectly and was a delicious addition. The onion rings were thick, crispy, and full of flavor. We also tried the Tri-Tip, coleslaw, and potatoes. The portions were oversized and we were able to take half of our meal home for later. The total cost for all of this, plus two drinks, was $41. It's definitely worth a try, especially if the line at the nearby restaurant is too long. The owner is originally from Texas and is very friendly and hands-on in running the place. It reminded me of some of my favorite hole-in-the-wall spots in North Carolina.

This was the best meal I've had in a long time. Everything was delicious!
