Bidrage med feedbackThe food at this restaurant is delicious, especially the pad thai and noodles. The rice dishes are good, but not as outstanding as the pad dishes. We got a great deal with a Groupon offer, which made the prices very reasonable. The restaurant is quite busy on Fridays. However, the downside is the cleanliness. My wife's glass of wine was not properly cleaned. Overall, it's a good place for affordable and tasty food.
Tasty and cheap lunch options. We had pad Thai and pad see ew- both were really yum but could have had a few more vegetables to make them more fresh/healthy. Staff were friendly and helpful and meals were very quick
Plern Thai is a relatively new addition to the busy Thainatown in Sydney's CBD. Located in an area with a high concentration of Thai restaurants, Plern stands out with its small but cozy setting and street art decorations. Despite its size, the restaurant exudes a pleasant atmosphere. Like many other places in the area, Plern offers a lunch menu, which is what we came to try during our visit.
Not bad this place. A $7 groupon deal gets you a pad see ew and a soft drink. Good amount of noodles and i like the addition of a lemon wedge.<br/ <br/ Came back here with 3 mates on a groupon voucher for dinner. Fabulous food and service. <br/ <br/ Ordered duck and noodles, curry, fried rice, pad see ew (dont remember the exact names for the dishes) and were all delicious.
Great food! We had the green curry, red panang curry duck, seafood salad, chilli crispy pork. The flavours were strong and authentic and the staff was friendlier than most. Only downside was the crying tiger beef was tough and chewy maybe a bad cut? But it still tasted amazing just the texture was not pleasant.<br/ <br/ It seems they didn't have many people there tonight. Maybe low reviews on Zomato are people putting off? <br/ <br/ Eat there! You won't regret it!
