Bidrage med feedbackPho Pasteur has been around in Sydney for a very long time. For that reason, their flavours have good depth. Just like this Grilled Pork Seafood Spring Rolls Vermicelli Noodle Salad. I like the aroma from the grilled pork, and all the ingredients come together very well. I give this place 4 bears
Best Beef noodle soup in the city.Vietnamese food is so clean and delicious, when it comes for lunch I can think of nothing better Beef noodle soup Pho Pasteur
This place looked authentic and had pretty menu so we headed in. The old fave of mine combination rice is very very nice! Lots of rice and comes with a hearty soup. Pork chop has been marinaded and taste tender. Vietnamese pancake was a novelty for me, being meat infused eggy pancake with bean sprouts and pork and shrimp in there. It needed sauce and some part of the pancake was floury and doughy. Not very well executed. Plus it looks like a giant taco so I ate it like a taco which got some looks from their friendly wait stuff. Grilled pork spring roll was very refreshing but I think the skin was a bit dry, meaning not very fresh. <br/ <br/ Xihuahua did not fancy it too much. I think we can have another go and try their huge pho and some eggplant pot.
It's pretty much the original Parramatta pho pasteur but without the original vibes. Food is good and comparable to pho pasteur Parramatta. Tea is nice, pho is nice, lots of fresh ingredients and fresh tasting beef.
I believe this is the top spot for Vietnamese Pho. I would say it is the number one Pho in Sydney. You must give it a try, trust me. The restaurant has been renovated and now has a very clean, fresh environment with even better tasting food. Thank you for the delicious food and friendly service.
