Eugene Ethel’s - Haymarket

Amazing food quality off the highway! So worth the stop after getting gas. Grant, the lovely gentleman that took our order was kind enough to make allowances for our dietary restrictions. Thank you Grant!

Food here was pretty good the menu is kinda confusing but overall an ok experience would probably come back and try all the different options.

This review is from when Ethel's and Eugene's were separate locations. I have not been back to either since the two joined into one location:The elk sausage dog was amazing. Everything is good here and even great to-go. I don’t eat much meat but this is one of my exceptions. It’s worth it! I skip the carbs and had them prep it without the bun. I’m sure many would think I’m missing some of the experience but I didn’t miss the bread because the fillings are so good! So glad this restaurant joined our community!

This place has some great food. The prices are a touch high but I don’t mind paying more for quality food. Service was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Super delicious cheesesteak. Soft yet crusty roll, well portioned. Friendly staff. Finely chopped steak, was able to customize slightly.
