Bidrage med feedbackGood food, good service. 20 minutes waiting for a table, the waiting zone was very cold, I think the air cone is over there. I ordered the vegetarian cocosnus cure for about $18. was fair. my server, shaunise, was very nice and only there when I needed her what I wanted. I would definitely eat again here if I am not in the mood for the usual airport meals of burgers and pizza.
Flying after bangkok from tom bradley international at lax and wanted to try out my priority pass option here. I get a $30 credit per person up to 3 people in total and it seems that many people did the same. I checked at the Hostess booth and was told it would be about 30 minutes waiting for what it was. it could have been faster because there were several empty tables that were not filled and more that were not cleaned. After I set myself on my server, I came fast, took my order and was friendly enough. I had the hot sour suppe and the hard buddhas with brown rice. the suppe was disappointing. it was missing all ingredients for a proper hot acid soupe and was a brown ice drop in the round. the firm of the buddhas was good and they made it spicy after mine, please. for a free easy eating before I stopped in the business class, that was in order, but I wouldn't pay money for the waiting period or the suppe again.
I would give 3 stars for the food. It's not bad but the beef and broccoli is too sweet. The garlic string beans were over cooked. I'd say 4 stars for the service. Very attentive service at the bar. Full disclosure ate here with the priority pass dining credits. The staff was very knowledgeable of the credits and super fast and efficient with the food. Almost tempted to give 4 stars. But the food is really just average. It's edible though. Come here for the service, drinks, and great spot to relax before an international flight
The service is slow here, but not by the fault of the employees it is very clear they are understaffed. I sat at the bar and the poor bartender was working hard and sweating his butt off. It was very clear there should have been at least 2-3 people to staff that area but he was doing it solo. It was also odd that despite the roomy restaurant, not every table was being utilized and several people had to wait to be seated despite there being many open tables, which was odd. The wonton soup was lacking in both flavor and portion, but the spicy shrimp I ordered was delightful!
I used my priority lounge pass to eat here during a reflection. the staff was very polite and friendly. the service was fast. Meals was pretty good too! my fiance and I have the dizzy and the spicy chicken and bark bread on rice.
