Dunkin' - Hawthorne

Went for some coffee and there was a long line due to the slowness of the employees, this was due to the location being a training location. Unfortunately they forgot one of my drinks that I ordered and after arguing for a few minutes with one employee they finally made said drink. Overall the donuts and the drinks were delicious and the location is clean but the customer service definitely needs some work.

Clear communication from staff in the drive thru. Digital menu is large and bright to show you your order. Staff reads order back to you which helped us catch a drink meant to be hot but was listed as iced. Fast and efficient. The wait was short.

I ordered on the app while in the store and it took them 20 mins to get my order done which is quite a long time for 1 donut. Please have them check the online machine. I heard it going off multiple times while employees were in the back.

I liked there ideas French vanilla latte with oat milk. Nice and creamy. The drive they was pretty tiny though.
