Customer service was absolutely terrible. I was asked to pull to parking spot #1. After 20 minutes, I went inside to ask about my order (there were no other customers in line). My order was given to a different customer. The manager then proceeded to ask me if I wanted what the other customer ordered. I said no, I'd like my order. When I received my order, it was incorrect. The manager was very rude. A complete disappointment in basic customer service skills. -J.S.
