A&W - Hawkesbury

I hate to complain about any kind of bad service experience online, but this was so terrible I wanted to warn others. I have stopped from this

The food was tasty and hot, but the service was terrible. There were 8 teenagers working in the kitchen. It was 7:00 PM and the restaurant was not busy at all. Firstly, they forgot to prepare our order, which took 20 minutes to be ready. Secondly, they forgot the apple cake, which took an additional 10 minutes to receive. I recommend using the drive-through for better service.

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. I waited by the window for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I had to walk over to another window where two girls were chatting and had to call out to get their attention. When I finally received my food, it was cold and the cheese was not melted. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Please don’t come here if you think they closed at 11pm. (There closing time is 11pm on there website and Resturant they close before there closing time. If you go for food before closing time you only get sorry to eat not burger

This A&W location is the worst out of all in the area. They consistently forget items in orders - I have gone four times and each time I have been missing a patty in my Grandpa Burger. I have tried speaking to the employees multiple times, but there is never a manager on duty during dinner hours. I would rather drive to Les Cedres than come here in Vaudreuil. They are unable to assist unless you have a picture of the missing item. Overall, this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
