Bidrage med feedbackI went here for lunch today, and the food was wonderful! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauces full of flavour. I'll definitely be a repeat customer :
I have been searching for a flavourful Combination Long Soup for ages and came across Iron Chef after being recommended by friends. OMG, they have THE best Combination Long Soup in Canberra.<br/ <br/ Apart from the generous serve of meat, seafood, vegetables and noodles it is the amazing broth that sets this dish off.<br/ <br/ No other Chinese or Malaysian restaurant in Canberra can compete.
This hard working family run restaurant delivers some of the best Chinese and Malaysian food in the area. Always friendly, always tasty and well priced. Try the Satay Beef!
Ticks all the boxes.. This relaxed but clean restaurant opens at 5pm (including Mondays), so it's great if you have young kids. At that time, you'll have this spacious restaurant pretty much to yourself. There are lots of Buddhas and other decorations to look at. I love the jolly ceramic Buddha with rosy cheeks.<br/ <br/ Being family-owned and operated, you're served by the same friendly faces (and they never fluff the service).<br/ <br/ I've been working my way through the menu, and never struck a bad dish. My favourites are the vegetable laksa, and salt-and-pepper chilli tofu.<br/ <br/ My only gripe, and this is not the restaurant's fault, is that able-bodied people park in the nearby Disabled car space when they pick up their take-away order. They might only be there for a minute, but if a disabled driver comes along in that minute, they may as well be there for an hour.
