Romford China Town - Havering

Went to shop and picked up a menu , ordered food for delivery and was quoted £41.70. food arrived piping hot but the Roast duck and pineapple was missing the duck albeit a slither and all fat!!! Phone to complain and was told that duck was expensive, but if we wanted another one we needed to pay. We did get a replacement, but the customer service was not forthcoming. Also when food arrived the menu provided was different to the one i was given in the shop as the prices had gone up on all the meals and i was actually overcharged by £2.80. Would not use this restaurant again as the portions are small as #33 was supposed to be large and was the same size as all the other items

They got the order wrong, argued over it, delivered a replacement but wanted wrong meal back, which we were told on phone to eat. Bit disappointed as ruined nice meal. Won’t be using again.

First time of trying this take-away- not bad. Will try again with request to cut down on salt and add bit more flavour- garlic, oyster sauce etc. not M.S.G. though! Nicely cooked meat, prawns, noodles. 30-40 minutes delivery from 1.5 miles away and free over £12. 3 stars for now -will adjust as necessary after 2nd/3rd try.

I loved eating it so delicious, amazing quality excellent service, I would highly recommend romford chinatown. I have annoyed a great order for 22 people and I am so grateful that everything was on the spot that eating the taste, quality service xx
