Bidrage med feedbackI apologize for submitting my review late. A few weeks ago, on a Sunday, my family and I ordered takeout from this restaurant. Our usual fish and chip shop in Elm Park is closed on Sundays, but my husband was craving fish and chips so we decided to try this place. We have been living in Elm Park for many years and hadn't dined here in quite some time. However, the food did not disappoint. I ordered rock eel, my husband had cod, and the children had burgers. My husband mentioned that the cod was some of the best he's had recently, and I really enjoyed my rock eel. I didn't ask the children about their burgers, but they didn't complain or leave anything behind. My husband also mentioned that the staff were very friendly when chatting with them about skewers. We will definitely be returning as the prices are reasonable, and the food was cooked perfectly - the chips were not greasy and the fish was spot on. Overall, we had a great experience and have nothing negative to say about our visit.
I have been eating from this shop for the past years. The food is great, bet fish and chips around. They have just changed their chicken Shish kebab and it's amazing. This is a regular Friday treat for all of us and we love...it. Great service and fast delivery.
The delivery took well over an hour and a follow up call the fish was tasteless and very poor quality as was the batter .Never again from there total waste of money
I am disappointed to say that Nemos Plaice is not as good as it once was. The portion sizes have decreased, the quality has declined, and the prices have gone up. I may consider returning in the future.
I used to go to Rumbles for my fish and chips, but the quality has declined. I decided to try Nemo's Plaice instead, and I was pleasantly surprised. The cod was excellent, just like how Rumbles used to be before their decline. The batter was crisp, and the portion of chips was generous. I will definitely be returning to Nemo's Plaice.
