Colley Row Inn - Havering

I went to this pub with a group of friends last weekend. The exterior of the pub was not anything impressive, but the staff more than compensated with their excellent service and friendly smiles.

I visited the restaurant on Friday, June 4th and unfortunately encountered a drunk man around 8:30-9 am. The police were called to the pub, but they couldn't identify the man due to poor CCTV footage quality. Despite this unfortunate incident, I still love this place and will continue to visit. The staff are lovely, and I won't let this incident deter me.

I am absolutely disgusted by the way my 90 year old grandmother and her book club where treated here last week. After waiting 90 minutes to be served cold coffees they were shouted at and abused by teenage staff who refused to get them sugars and completely blanked their requests for help! Not just this, but when they came to pay we’re told they could only pay by phone?! Not only is this illegal but was done so with malice to embarrass a group of old age pensioners. Do you think intimidating old ladies is funny? Your scummy staff are an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Avoid this backwater hellhole at all costs.

All wetherspoons I have visited (3) have no regard for Coronavirus this is no exception they all blame management and staff reductions so Tim is just making up for money he has lost over shutdown and his website has shut off the ability to complain hence this post. Wetherspoon pubs are the worst to go in if you want to feel safe especially this one who's new management's answer is to bar everyone including an 80 year old regular who innocently cut out a coupon for 50p off beer in their magazine which was just an advertisement for some other scheme. He got his 50p off but was barred next time he came in for defrauding the company!! He pleaded his ignorance to no avail and everyone's disgust!! Why could they not understand he did not understand he offered to put money in the charity box but was told to go! Totally Disgusting behaviour by management shame on you!

Sad to say last few months that some of the staff are very lazy ordered food and drinks on app ended up having to go and get it myself and a no care attitude
