Caffe Nero - Havering

Went to cafe Nero on Saturday, staff are excellent, efficient and very pleasant, however it is getting like a kennel club. The amount of dogs in the place turned me off, not only is this unhygienic, even though food is covered at the counter, you still eat it at a table where dogs are shaking their hair all over the place, which is unhygienic, I spend a lot on coffee, but will now frequent Costa, no dogs barking, pleasant surroundings, no hygiene issues.

The staff at this restaurant are somewhat unfriendly and extremely slow. They tend to prioritize their regular customers for conversation, leaving newcomers feeling ignored. During our lunch experience, we noticed dirty dishes scattered around the empty tables, indicating a lack of cleanliness in the establishment. The overall appearance of the restaurant, particularly outside where the outdoor seating is located, is in dire need of a thorough cleaning. The floors are covered in grime and cigarette butts, requiring a deep scrub with hot soapy water and a stiff bristle brush. The unkempt exterior gives off a shabby impression.

I visited this restaurant with a friend for a casual lunch. They have cozy armchairs in addition to regular tables and chairs. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. They offer a nice selection of cakes, sandwiches, and delicious coffee.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I was extremely disappointed. The seating was in desperate need of replacement and the place did not feel clean at all. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the air. I will not be returning to this establishment and would not recommend it to others. I was relieved to leave.

Went to cafe Nero because was the only place that didn’t have a long line. I ordered a sausage, bacon and egg roll which was delicious and I got the gingerbread got chocolate which was also delightful. The service was great and very speedy. Will defiantly be coming again.
