Costa Coffee - Haverhill

The two baristas who work this morning the 7 o'clock layer are amazing! they have served me before, but it's a past since I entered the Haverhill bronch. Instead, I have incredibly disappointing drinks from various wild beans, deceived and unconsistent. these two young men at the costa need an increase! their customer service is always excellent and fast and efficient. such a professional work ethics is rare, which is why it deserves recognition

Coffe ecellent and bacon rolls very good. Shame the change of tables, seating and decor has destoyed the atmosphere and ambience this Costa initially had. Souless canteen feel now.

We ordered two different beverages, but unfortunately, they were unable to fulfill our order as they had run out of both.

After that experience, I reached out to Costa's head office, and the lovely representative assured me that I was not banned from any Costa café and that the rude server had been let go due to similar complaints from other customers, including a group of older ladies earlier in the week. Today, I returned for the first time and was greeted with beautiful smiles from all the servers and baristas, who made me feel very welcome. So, well done to the Costa management for making such positive changes!

The staff at this Costa are always friendly. They offer a great selection of drinks and food. There's a small outdoor seating area in front of the shop.
