Bidrage med feedbackOn a Sunday I ordered this mistake when I showed up, it was $38 instead of $28 where I checked out. Rude interaction, my togo container burned through the floor, so I had quite the mess when I came home / not sure how much of my meal now melted plastic
If there is the same obnoxic waitress that gave the other customers reviews, it is definitely the most rude to hospitality. I don't understand why she has another job there. This is one of the many reasons why my friends and family do not come in here. Eating is good, this waitership needs a big adjustment.
Since I moved 15 minutes to Haverhill, the quality has remained consistently good. I always appreciate the free General Tso's chicken that comes with a qualifying order. It's worth mentioning that the driver has always been the same.
Later, when my mom asked for another lemonade, I approached that same woman to request it. She curtly replied, "You have to pay for the lemonade. It’s not free. You have to pay, okay?" I found her tone to be rude and unnecessary. My mom even commented that it felt like we were being treated like we were clueless. I completely understand that extra drinks typically require payment unless stated otherwise on the menu. From that point on, I couldn’t even bring myself to look at her. A little advice: customer service is vital, and the way you communicate can significantly influence someone's experience. It's definitely something to be mindful of.
New Year's Eve was quite hectic, so I anticipated a long wait. However, the wait was less frustrating than receiving cold food. Why inform a customer that it will take an hour only to serve them cold dishes? I understand it was a busy night, but I've never experienced cold food from a Chinese restaurant before. It was quite disappointing.
