Barrio - Haverhill

I am an absolute number one fan of the Salem location, so I was super excited to eat here when I found out y’all were in Haverhill. However I was left wishing for the Salem barrio… I hate to leave a review like this, my tacos were ice cold and my chicken was purple, wet, and undercooked and the sweet potatoes were black and rock hard. I watched the bartender walk past us for almost 45 mins not taking our food order. I’m not the type of person to complain, but this broke my heart.

My 12 year old wanted to try, I was impressed by the esthetics very cute spot for casual date or with friends. They have a unique menu with build your own tacos. Everything is fresh.

Hands down from the moment we sat down till the moment we left, the atmosphere was awesome. Super friendly staff, best tacos I've had hands down, definitely will be back. This is a place that you go out of your way JUST to experience the food and service.

Been a few times. First time server messed up and forgot to add the 6 tacos to the bill. I mentioned it. He wasn't able to remember the order, so we got those for free... Score. Left a big tip.Second time services was very slow.Build your own tacos is a win big selection of add ons.

My girls and I decided to go to this restaurant for a quick bite and a few margaritas when we were absolutely disrespected by the staff and manager. We were asked to give our IDs when ordering alcoholic beverages and the manager returned our IDs to us saying that they were fake. As a group of 23+ women we found it extremely disrespectful when his response to “why?” was that we looked very young and are small girls. Being a 4’11 women was proven to be difficult tonight. Disappointed. We tried arguing back and asking to compromise and put them through a scanner but they said they did not have one. We were then given out check and asked to leave. Ridiculous.
