Nice business, nice friendly staff and an amazing eating in their caffe, all for the house and the garden, Christmas decoration are amazing. the load is amazing

First time I've been to an out of town department store. It didn't disappoint. Set in beautiful Pembrokeshire on the outskirts of Haverfordwest. It sells everything you can imagine from the quirky to the practical. Very large store but if you need a break while browsing there is an excellent cafe towards the back of the store with views over the countryside. Pick from cawl to a Welsh burger. Cream tea to hot panninis. Drinks include coffees, teas, hot chocolate and cold drinks. Order at the counter and it is brought to your table. I tried one of the panninis and a luxury hot chocolate it was all very tasty and the hot chocolate came with cream on top a flake dipped into it and little marshmallows hidden under the cream. Delicious. Very friendly staff eager to help throughout the shop. Well worth a visit.

This truly feels like one of the last great department stores. The service was excellent, particularly from Nigel in the bedding section, who was incredibly knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy! We're benefiting from our new mattress, and the accompanying vouchers are perfectly suited for some high-quality roast options. Many thanks to Vincent Davies—we'll definitely be back soon!

We decided to visit the café, which, while on the pricier side, provides a lovely and safe environment perfect for a much-needed tea break, breakfast, or a light lunch—all made to order. Additionally, there is a table service that allows patrons to pay as they order. We’ve always enjoyed their breakfast and the variety of hot drinks available; it's always bustling with customers whenever we go.
