Recently, during an intense day of ski touring in Les Saisies, marked by a snowstorm, I found refuge at the Restaurant d'Altitude Panoramique 2000 for a well-deserved break. My experience there is well worth 4 stars. Despite the difficult external conditions, the welcome at the restaurant was a ray of warmth. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing prompt and attentive service, which was particularly appreciated in these weather conditions. The hot chocolate I ordered was just what I needed to warm up: rich, creamy, and deliciously comforting. Accompanied by a freshly baked pie, it was the perfect mix of sweetness and warmth to regain your strength. The restaurant's setting, despite the storm, offered a sense of serenity and beauty, making this break a moment of tranquility in an otherwise hectic day. In short, the Restaurant d’Altitude Panoramique 2000 was a saving stop during a demanding day of skiing. For its excellent hot chocolate, its delicious pie, and its warm welcome, I highly recommend it to all skiers looking for a moment of respite in the mountains. A solid, well-deserved 4 stars!
