Pizza Hut - Haughton

I had our food delivered and they forgot half the food/drinks. Before that they called and said they could make our breadsticks but not the cheese bread they girl on the phone who called and told me that said I would get reimbursed for that. Which I never did till I drove up there and demanded the money back. Finally get the money back for that and I go to eat my food to find my marinara sauce is molded. Needless to say we are never eating at this location again.

I have never got a good pizza from this store. It's like they just don't care or take pride. I just ordered a pepperoni pizza stuff crust. The crust was so under cooked and the top of the pizza was burnt. I'd call and complain but what good does that really do. I suggest Johnny's or Domino's stay away from this store.

Worst service ever. Order pizza to be ready at 1030. Manager was only employee there. Had to spend an extra 35 dollars to have pizza delivered due to manager stated that she could not do the order. (From another Pizza Hut location) On top of that she would not give contact info for her manager. Really need to address this with staff that it is one thing to not have food ready, it is another not to be able to report a problem up the chain. Manager needs to terminate. If that is the leadership you have here at this Pizza Hut no wonder you get my pizza wrong about 25% of the The time . Shame on you Pizza Hut. You can do better

1.5 hr. wait AFTER I placed the order. The pizza was mashed and luke-warm at best and soggy. The worst pizza I have had. So sad that they don't try to do better with the amount of competition in the area. But I should have none better...this isn't the first time for the long wait and bad pizza. Also the worst app! I'm done with Pizza Hut.

This is our go-to place for pizza. Staff is always friendly and the food is hot and tastes great. We do miss the flavored crust, though.
