Bidrage med feedbackToday, I used the Uber Eats app to order food from this restaurant. Unfortunately, some items were missing, leaving one of my kids without a meal. The food that did arrive was cold. It's frustrating that I paid for a complete meal and one of my children had to go without. I am tired of the constant issues I have with this McDonald's location. It seems like they can never get orders right.
Great experience, Daniel who was greeting and cleaning upstairs was so polite and welcoming, and told us about some local attractions and events happening this weekend including the world's oldest Bus!
I actually had a meal delivered to my home, 8th June in the evening. Normally they are just about edible but this time they surpassed them selves. The meal was stone cold, the chips like cardboard and the burger and other contents, with no sauce, absolutely tasteless and again like cardboard. £16 pound including delivery. Even the seagulls threw it back. Pure Excreta. Need to put loo roll in with the meal. Verdict inedible ****.
Ordered online and yet again missing and wrong items sent, how difficult is it to check food going into a bag? Spent 20 minutes on the phone to eventually get a refund for the missing items. Get your act together!!
Do not get delivery from McDonald’s Hastings, every time they miss something off the order (normally the most expensive item, very suspicious) and you can’t get a refund, even if Uber say you will, McDonald’s don’t process it. Food is always cold by the time it’s delivered and they don’t follow the instructions in the order. Literally the worst experience from a takeaway, they don’t deserve the orders!
