Fresh and delicious fish n chips. And lovely, friendly service. We had such a nice meal, will come back when in town

That must be the best chippy in the city, the staff are friendly and prompt. the service was fast and the food was at the top. the fish was perfect tempo and flakey. the teig was crispy and the chips were perfection. fluffy on the inside and a good knack

Not the best fish and chips around, but certainly acceptable especially if they are not in hastings old town. takeaway fish, chips and mushy heaps came to £9.20 they do not charge extra for sauces, which is beautiful, and eating was all decent with generous portions. friendly and quick service with everything there and then cooked, instead of sitting under a light.

My friend and I stopped here at the end of a long day in hastings and it really cut off the whole By-the-Sea experience with a bang! had the small cod and chips (see picture) and a squid and chips; both were cooked for perfection and were very generous in portion size at an excellent price. very recommended, thanks for this beautiful service!
