Jimmy John's - Hastings

Parking: It’s a big lot with a bunch of other stores restaurants!

I will never go to any of there stores after contacting customer service no one has ever contacted me about the service at this store I've called and emailed several times very poor service at this store and very unprofessional. I don't like my food tossed around and put on a sandwich.

Great sub. A little expensive but well worth it. I had the tuna in a sub which was a little dry. Everybody else in our party. Love

As a long time Jimmy Johns customer, I was extremely disappointed with my experience today in Hastings. Walking in I was greeted with a frown and no dialogue. After ordering, I awaited my sub although online delivery orders took precedence. The store was dirty, tables were not clean and there was garbage everywhere. Even with multiple employees standing around, I did not feel welcomed or valued. Not very appealing for a food establishment. After getting home and taking the first bite the sub I was disappointed the bread was stale and the sub was very blah. Hoping this site can turn itself around, I will not be back until it does.

Rude Customer Service!!! We walked in, the guy making the sandwiches looked at us and didn't say a peep. The lady in the back finally come out to ring us up and did not greet us either. She quickly noticed we didn't give her a tip so she grabbed the receipt and trashed it. Then ran back to the back room. I said thank you when I grabbed my sandwiches and the guy just looked away. My 1st and last time here. Jimmy John's, you guys are going down hill, your sandwiches are good but you have unhappy workers.
