Hastings Public House

My party had a reservation for lunch, but no one knew. Happy for us it was quiet at noon and we were fine. The condition of the menu on the photo should have been my indication of the food quality. But I had high expectations and was disappointed. My grilled cheese had bacon and onions, but also cut yellow American cheese. Big bummer. The frying oil was probably old because the whole roasted food was very dark. The curls were fine, bread was not broken. Fried pickles, the same business. Overall, we were not really impressed with the food we got. The server was very nice and attentive. The place was clean, nice bathroom. Classic with fabric napkins.

The food was fantastic, the service was impeccable. The view of the golf course is incomparable for the area. I was here a couple of times with family and will be back when I get back in the area!

The complex is beautiful and the view is beautiful from the terrace, but we had experienced some of the worst service ever when we were digging there last night. We were waiting for our table for 15 minutes. Finally, there are menus, but only menus. No drinks card. Wait ANOTHER 10 minutes and the guard came to our table. We had to ask for a drink menu and water. There were three servers for maybe eight tables, so not too busy. I think the server we had was not properly trained or simply not cut out. After we crashed the dessert menu and finished with our dinners and drinks, we waited another 10 minutes for our check-I stood up and found him and asked for it. other people who came after us were already served, paid and gone! It was our first time, but unfortunately our last, which is too bad, as we look forward to another regular deck/terrace.

What a great place to have your wedding! The ceremony at the pond is beautiful and the reception hall is perfect. Outdoor seating on these beautiful nights. Very friendly and hospitable staff. I was lucky, DJ was a wedding here last weekend and everyone was so friendly and the food came out on time! Kami I'm sorry if I miss your name was very on point with everything! It was an awesome experience! Great food and great staff! And fun buying a new 21 year a few shots.
