Arby's - Hastings

The food is just okay. The curly fries are always cold. The service is terrible during the week in the daytime. It's disappointing that the manager in the drive-thru isn't very friendly, but on weekends we get high school students or college kids who are very nice and polite. I believe he's the manager and could benefit from being more encouraging instead of so demanding.

We encountered some issues with our food, but after speaking with the manager, she was extremely helpful and accommodating! She offered to replace our meals and even throw in a shake, as the Jamocia Shake machine had been out of order during our previous visits. The manager was kind, apologetic, and genuinely seemed to regret the inconveniences we experienced. Despite receiving complimentary food, we plan to return thanks to the excellent customer service!

Every time I visit, the food and service at this restaurant are fantastic!

These guys are great when I get here. Friendly, fast, clean location including bathroom and parking. And the food was perfect as usual.
