Danny also surprised us with various small dishes, including a truffle and shrimp appetizer, foie gras ice cream, and a lemongrass soup. For the main course, I had a truffle-covered filet mignon, the meat simply melted in my mouth. We enjoyed an excellent Pinot Noir from Fernand Pilot with our meal. And then a white lady came and skillfully turned the ice cream from our machine into quenelles on our plates. At the bar, we savored a slow drip coffee paired with a Marc de Bandol. We lingered at the table with Danny and Ineke for a long time and they didn't mind at all. What a truly passionate couple. I will definitely be coming back here.
