Bidrage med feedbackThey sale frozen cakes, really not worth what you pay for
Their baked goods are always fresh, fluffy, and full of flavor. Whether it`s the pastries, cakes, or bread, each bite feels like a taste of pure indulgence.
The 2 younger girls, start giving an attitude and rase their voice when i want to ask a simple questions where cakes come from! When i asked a number of manager or owner they refused to provide to contact manager and tell about accident! I would like to really speak to the manager, as there is no right to treat not as costumers but also human like this in US.
If ZERO was an option I would choose that. Worst customer service EVER. They don't care if you are happy with what you bought or not, they just care about making money. My wife bought a small cake (6 round) here for her brother's birthday, and the cake was full of buttercream filler, and barely any actually cake. The cake cost $50, so you expect it to be good. We took it back to them, which was still 60% untouched, to let them know weren't happy with the quality due to the lack of actual cake. The Manager did not care and refused to do anything for my wife, not a partial refund, or offer another cake, or even a credit for a future occasion.I am big on customer service, and I still believe you should try to try to take care of the customer the best you can, and the mere fact that this manager could care less about the satisfaction of a customer to be happy with their own product to want to return is validation enough that they don't our business again.
What happened to Oak Mill Bakery?! Prices increased drastically an 8 inch 2 layer cake with strawberry, banana and custard filling with whipped cream frosting, and writing for $100? And pay it all up front?! What an experience I had with paying for my son’s baptism cake up front yesterday at 11am and coming back today at about 10:45am to simply change the date of the cake by pick up a day before because I mistakenly said pick up the 14th instead of the 13th and the manager said cannot change orders within 3 5 days unless you pay an additional $5 fee! Really?! I paid the cake in full for $100 and have to pay an additional $5? I thought it was just too much for a simple date change as I just entered the order less than 24 hours yesterday, so I decided to just cancel my order entirely and ask for a refund in full and they were okay with that versus waiving the $5 as courtesy….. I’m sorry there has got to be a better explanation of the policies and better customer service and prices over all. I even said I bought my other son’s baptism cake many years ago here as I enjoy this bakery but seriously now for the increased prices this is just ridiculous! Decorations on the cake I would’ve ordered was $35 alone when I saw the breakdown of the $100 total cost! They rather lose out on $100 versus essentially waiving a $5 change fee? WOW just WOW….!
