Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Hartwell

Chicken was great. The dirty rice is definitely not what they use to make. It tastes like it came straight from a box.

Everytime I stop at this location, the people are rude. They are always out of everything will tell you what you can and cannot eat. Like how are you going to tell people what they want with their hard earned money? This location needs new staff!Said what I said.

Would give less then 1 star if I could went o get dinner and this was was I was given as mac n cheese it was beyond nasty will not return

This was the first time I stopped at this new location in Hartwell. I'm glad I did. I ordered the blackened 3 piece chicken tenders. The girl at the window was very nice and asked me to pull up into a spot to wait. She said they cook them to order soit would be a couple minutes. Worth the 4 minute wait. I've stopped at the Cornelia location and they were like rubber. Thisplace in Hartwell knows how to cook them. And they were blackened beautifully. I'm enjoying them as I write !

Food is Good, but they are a New store struggling to offer the full menu due to supply chain and management problems. If a biscuit is included and they don't have any, your not offered any compensation item. Update, Things are looking up and theyhave made it through the New Store pains. The only really noticeable thing left is the Dinning room requires you wear a coat asit was 66 degrees at 3pm with a temp of 87 outside. Not sure who has the key to the Thermostat, but it's probably not theowner. So take a coat with you if you plan to dine in.
