Mcdonald's - Hartwell

My favorite is a caramel trap and the strawberry cream pies are the bomb

I ordered a gallon sweet tea and found 3 bags BLACK PEPPER in my tea.... now they won't answer the phone. I'm LIVID. I understand it was probably an accident, but even so they have to do their wrong.

I was very disappointed by McDonald's in Hartwell. Do not change orders on the trip thru, coke not filled, large pommes 1/2 filled and then today, Crispy chicken was flat, rubbery, over boiled, served on a burnt bungalow. I know the drive thru is the new way, but the quality has suffered!

Food was fresh and hot!!! Was there about 9:45 a.m. on a Monday was somehow busy, but not long wait (drive thru) staff was nice and fast orders from...

This McDonalds was fast and efficient. The food was hot and fresh.
