Mynx Cabaret - Hartford

This review is for the after hours part of the club: While it's great to have a late night club available if you're not ready to end the party yet, not sure this is the most pleasant or affordable experience. $20 cover. (Ouch. Mugshot taken upon entry. This was probably due to having an out of state license, but still, intimidating questionable practice in my view. No booze here, only expensive soda/juice. Assuming it's a CT law that no alcohol sales are allowed past 1 am or something. But what a downer. Not many dancers on shift. Ironically some clientele were acting rather rowdy for no apparent reason. I hope it's a much different atmosphere on the weekends. Stayed for about an hour or so and then had enough. My experience was a bit like going to a frat party without the party.

By far the trashiest, filthiest club we’ve ever been to. The girls are beyond rude and not very appealing. My friend tried working here years ago but says you have to sleep with the owners to get in. If I could leave zero stars that would be more fitting.

They offered girls free house fee if they voted republican. Imagine thinking you can get away with something like that. Federally illegal

Girls and staff are amazing, hard working. The owner Pauly has to be the worst person I’ve ever met. He’s abusive, racist, and very nasty.
