Così - Hartford

Ordered through the app and asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it was given to me cold. Then got half way through the sandwich and found a bug I am absolutely disgusted, would never eat here again!!!!

I ordered lunch for delivery through Door Dash. When I didn't receive it after an hour, I called the restaurant. The male that took my call was extremely rude, yelled at me was completely dismissive, and unhelpful. I never received my order. Never again.

Sky and his team are phenomenal. I eat here for lunch each day I’m at the office and have not had a bad experience yet. The staff is friendly and service oriented. I enjoy visiting with them each time I stop in. They have a good size lunch menu and the food always comes out quickly. I recommend stopping by and trying them out. You won’t be disappointed. Food is good wish the packer paid more attention they probably would've noticed they didn't pack a part of my order even tho the place was empty. 3rd time ordering, second time the order is wrong. Extra star for the cashiers customer service.

I paid Almont 12 for hair in my food nasty disgusting ? some wear hats others don't I've found hair in My food about 3 times this week.. I come here alot but if all don't wear hats this will be my last time here at cosi .. Thank you
