Got two 15 lb turkeys for Thanksgiving. One in the oven and one in the smoker. Both were amazing. Very moist and delicious!

We ordered their smallest turkey for our thanksgiving feast. The smallest turkey was 14lbs and it was absolutely perfect! The bird was clean and free of feathers. I was very thankful the neck and associates were all together in a bag. They made the best Gravy I’ve made from the gizzard broth. When it comes to taste of the turkey; it was perfect! The cleanest and juiciest turkey I’ve ever had! Thank you so much for offering a perfect WV grown turkey!! ????

People that care about raising animals as they were intended to be raised!

I have purchased eggs, green beans, chicken and turkey from these fine people. Everything has always been top quality. I bought some chicken from Indian Creek and my husband commented that it was the best tasting chicken he has had in quite a while. Definitely better than you get at the grocery store. We smoked the turkey and I have to say that I prefer the farm raised turkey to the store bought as well, the flavor was great and it was very meaty and moist.

We only buy chicken and eggs from Indian Creek! They’re by far superior to any other we’ve tried. So grateful they come to the Bridgeport Farmers Market. We purchased our Thanksgiving turkey from Indian Creek and it is a beautiful bird! Thank you so much!
