Mcdonald's - Harrisonburg

I got my food pretty fast. I ordered a medium iced coffee and paid the upcharge for the bigger size and they delivered me a small.

McCrispy in no way nor ever will ever rank in comparison with Chickfilas chicken sandwich, this McCrispy was cold, bread was soggy, and the chicken was not fresh.

Everything that I ordered was delivered. Also the food arrived in a good amount of time.

Always excellent service. Was so impressed today I asked the lady who changed the garbage to talk to the manager so I could flee her (she brought toys for our two young children when we shared an ice cream) and it turned out that she was the manager! True servant leadership, literally ready to get their hands dirty for their team and customers! Go out of the way to visit these McDonalds!

Okay... I understand you were with a McDonald, you were with them all... But listen to me. We moved (2 lines, 5 cars in total) so fast. I wish I knew the girl on the car thru. She was fast, fast, friendly. Until the window the checkout was pleasant, for our payment so fast and professional. Until the next window, the next employee was right there with our food before she gave it to us, she confirmed what it was with a smile and sent us on the way. We pulled out of the drive and my husband looked at me, I looked at him. And we both looked back to make sure we were not with Chick-fil-A, how fast that was. Really. Fantastic work!!
