We asked for water and they said we had to be charged $2 each for that! And then we asked for a to go cup and they said we had to pay for that!!!!How tacky!Cashier left a line at the register and went to bus tables. After busing them ,He went back to register and handed out glasses without washing his hands.
My son is autistic and has severe sensory issues as a result of this. He only eats about 4 things so whenever we go out to eat, we make sure to bring food he will eat along with us so that he doesn't just have to sit and watch us eat. I understand why many restuarants have the policy of no outside food and I would never attempt it if it weren't for my son's disability. With that being said, Cici's is the ONLY restaurant we have ever been to that wasnt understanding after we explained the issue. You could have had 2 paying customers tonight (my husband and I) but because of your employees' closed-mindedness and lack of education about a disability that affects 1 in 60 people, you have permanently lost us as customers.
They said to contact them i did. The manager said the charge is becausethey dont have employees to watch if u get water or not. Food quality is bad. U have to ask for everything to be made. Was surprised to find out that ur charged 1.99 for water. Or u can buy bottled water. That's crazy. We won't be back it was a joke.
