Billy Jack's Shack - Harrisonburg

Beer bar with good food. It was one of the only places open as we were driving through the town on a Sunday.

Loved it. I ordered two different sliders and both were very good. I would definitely go back if ever in the area again.

Best burger I've had in awhile. Great beer menu. If you're hungry, nearby and don't mind a college dive... hop in. I got the Hunter S. Thompson burger. Lofty moniker, but it inspired my taste buds like his books inspired my brain. Really freaking good.

Great corner bar college hang out atmosphere. Friendly staff, solid bar menu, great taste. And doughnuts!

We dropped by for some late food and had a great meal. The food was great (the donut for dessert was insane), the drinks were both excellent and affordable, and the staff was awesome. It has a great casual vibe. We will absolutely go back to Billy Jack's when we are back in town.
