Strites Orchard - Harrisburg

Went for fresh vegetables, corn on the cob, cucumbers, cabbage,green pepper. However found a fresh cherry pie with crumb top, still warm...delicious ?

A variety of produce, baked goods, canned products. You can do pick your own . They have apples, peaches ?, Cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplant ?, eggs, milk, ice cream, pickles, onions, variety of peppers ?, corn, pears ?. They have bathrooms. Picnic tables outside. Service was good.

Came here in July to pick raspberries. Quite enjoyable. We purchased three empty pints for $15 at the Strites market drove about 3/4 mi to the black raspberry patch to pick fill our pints). We all enjoyed it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. In addition we purchased fresh plums, sticky buns, pretzels and berch beer. Definitely a nice experience!

$16 upfront non refundable fee for their only container which was a 2 quart box, took the nice walk down and the blueberry bushes were basically bare so asking for $16 upfront is completely unfair and they should be weighing the blueberries since there’s literally almost nothing there. They had the best blueberries inside for sale. Very let down.

If I could give zero stars I would. I 'm local. I 've had more bad experiences in this establishment than I can count on both hands. They don 't direct you on their pick your own. You have to figure out you may have picked it all wrong. However I know it wasn 't my fault. And when you get spooiled fruit etc. It 's on you! They have lantern flies everywhere and when I pointed out my product was spoiled, the rude old white lady told me they were fine (actually laughing at me about it) being half brown inside. I wanted a refund but she refused and said I can get someone else to BASICALLY tell you the same thing. I took that as very embarrassing and just left. Leaving my purchase and receipt there with no refund because she was so rude and demeaning. STAY AWAY! Not worth your time.
