Noodles Company - Harrisburg

Hit or miss, but more often a miss than a hit. Whenever the food is good, it's usually when people I don't recognize are working. Common issues are uncooked cold vegetables thrown into “hot” dishes, dry noodles with no sauce, or watery flavorless sauce. I know the food can be good because I've had decent dishes from this location before. When I have brought a concern to the manager on duty, they don't seem to care. I kind of get the impression that they are annoyed that I expected my food not to be cold or flavorless. Update: Dropping to one star. The owner pretended to care in the response below, but literally never responded when I followed their instructions to provide more details about my complaint. Went back again anyway recently and the food and service was even worse than the last time. Don’t waste your money. There are multiple restaurants in the same plaza with better food. Order taking staff was very courteous. Unfortunately when I got home, I realized my order came with the wrong sauce! This is second time that had happened. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

First time visited. I prefer Olive Garden or home made. The sauce wasn’t the greatest and they didn’t give much. Over priced for the quality you receive. If your Italian you barely like Olive Garden. Otherwise you might like it here. Just wasn’t for me. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Most people would not be thinking about Noodles and Company catering a wedding but when you are planning a backyard Vegan Wedding for more than 100 people you have to think outside the box! Thank you to Managers Oliva and Mike for thinking outside the box with us. The food was excellent and we did not run out of food. Noodles and Comapny provided all the serving supplies as well as a way to keep the food hot during the entire evening. Delivery was early and Mike and Oliva were very helpful and respectful in setting up the serving area. Noodles and Company have great food and they are a great value and I hope other people consider them for their special events. We had a great experience through out the process. Thank You again!
