I'm loving on the Italian Unwich. This time around got oil and vinegar on the side. U know I had to grab the mouth watering pickle. Restaurant was dirty and tables unwiped. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3

Walked in at 10:30 and the two workers were staring at each other. I asked for a catering box and the fat lady said they needed 24-48hrs notice . Called the Jersey Mike’s 2 miles away and they had my same order ready in 20 mins. “Freaky fast subs”. Not at Union Deposit JJ’s. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Placed a catering order for pick up at 2:15PM. Arrived at 2:25 and they had just started making the order. Was not complete until 3:00PM. Also, requested no mayonnaise on any of the sandwiches, they put mayonnaise on them. But we were almost an hour late for our event so we had to take them. Offered a few bags of chips as compensation. Manager also offered to issue a credit to the account. Of course that hasn't happened. Manager didn't seem concerned at all about customer service and lied about providing a credit. Terrible experience. Why would you wait until the time the order was supposed to be ready to prepare? Especially one for 40 people placed 4 days in advance.
