Kfc In Spout Spr - Harnett County

The employees were young but very professional. The store was very clean. It was a short wait.

I came in after a long day needing a quick dinner for my family. I ordered 16 p for the family ...the girl that took my order was told to come sit at the table I assume by shift manager. There were 4 of them sitting there ,so another took over .I did not recieve what I ordered because the new girl took over in the middle of my order, I was short 2 biscuits, I was short chicken, green beans barely covered the bottom of the dish , my mashed potatoes was dranched in gravy, we were never given gravy on the potatoes always recieved it separate there was more gravy than potatoes ..none of our sides were filled as they should have been, needless to say we did not have enough for our large family to.eat .I paid $52 +to eat and I didn't eat ... I live about 20 min away, I called to talk to the manager the phone was busy I tried for 2 hrs,I answered the questions on the website still 4 days later nobody has reached out.I could tell that they were short behind the counter ,while manager and 3 employees set at the table discussing whatever it was .I will not come back to this store .There is no customer service, and I feel robbed the amount of money I spent I should have had all I needed.

I want to speak to the owner of this establishment, this is just extremely unexceptionable and I’m going to take this as far as I can go don’t want to give this no stars

Incredible food at lunch today, our cashier was super kind and the manager personally delivered the food! the bowls are crazzyyy good.

Food never accurate and charged incorrectly I order chicken sand and 3 pc with side of gravy paid 22$ I ask cud she ring up as combo and cashier said no u didn’t get a drink very unhappy
