Best burgers for 1000000 miles. If you’ve not been here before you must, honestly never had a burger like it anywhere in the world, taste amazing, literally can’t wait till I’m hungry tomorrow!!!

Just been to Willett’s, inside Quasar, OMG!! Totally stuffed, food was incredible, this hidden gem needs to be discovered by everyone! You dont have to be playing quasar or panic room, bar area is nice place but honestly it’s the best food in Harlow, and further afield. I had buttermilk chicken and topped sweet potato fries. Amazing. Give it a go and support this local eatery and the wonderful Louise Willett! Xx

Always been a fan of this place and was delighted when they made the final of best takeaway in 2019. HoweverI think that success has gone to their head. A few months back we recommended them to my daughter and son in law, who were very disappointed with their meal. Yesterday I signed up to their website to order direct, rather than use Just Eat because they do not charge a delivery fee. Placed a Pre-Order from work just after 6pm for 7.50 just after I would arrange to get home from work. It was delivered at 6.30. My other half told the driver it was too early. He said if that was the case it would be on here which it isn’t. My other half accepted the order. When I got home we inspected the food and to be fair most of it was OK, except the Onion Bites which were one soggy mess. I phoned them and explained the problem 3 times before he got it. He said you can,t have Pre Ordered because my system doesn’t show it. Now I am unable to prove this one way or the other because they never sent a order confirmation which Just Eat always do. However remaining polite I said look most of the food looks fine, except the Onion Bites which are a soggy mess. Will you replace them? His reply was well what do you expect if you leave them lying around for an hour and a half. After a 12 hr shift I could not be bothered to argue and said just forget it, but don’t expect another order from me. When we had our meal my other half discovered that her Ultimate Sandwich which should have had 3 meats in had only one, which she said was also dry and tasteless. My burger and the other sides we had were fine. Now I can forgive mistakes! What I can’t forgive is poor customer service which Is what I got this time. So sorry it’s Goodbye to Willett’s

I recently visited this restaurant, absolutely fantastic delicious food, I had the chicken burger with fries with chicken wings and a can of pop, the quality of the meal was outstanding, 10/10, I will be returning to this restaurant soon and will be making this a regular, for myself (and my friends)!

The food is incredible and recommend the onion bites. Found on just eat but we’ve 9/10 they show up but are closed, says they are open but they aren’t, you call them no one answers, tried to order on the website and says they are shut when they should be open? No idea why this is but it’s frustrating. Might be worth putting a note on the site if you’re open or not and when! Really puts a dampener on the whole experience.
