Jack In The Box - Harker Heights

Every time we go there, the order WRONG, for the last 3 years, is kind of ridiculous guy. This morning sat and ordered Nuggets, never once said, the word chicken, only nuggets and the number for ordering on the menu, but ended with a grilled chicken sandwich instead. When the order was wrong, the worker stood there and stared at us instead of saying or offering something to fix it. So, you either need better workers or retrain those you currently have, so they actually know how to watch.

I ordered four breakfasts; Croissants with extra bacon, extra ham, extra cheese, extra egg and got nothing of it, but paid for it and had to be at work as soon as I picked it up and then I called her 4 times no answer I even had DoorDash calling her and no answer yet. The food here is like playing Russian roulette.

Order a bacon deluxe with salad and tomatoes. When I came to the window, the employee said the lady in front of me paid for it. What surprised me because it was $7 for order. Bring home what they gave was a tiny slate with fried egg and thin little patty. No entrance was given to me. They rip off Lady, just like me. Will never return to any place. Was nice of lady, but really crappie what the workers did, ripped us both off. No one ever answers phone and mailbox never set up. I don't know why they did that.

My Churros was raw in the middle. My tacos were soaked with oil and cold. My Curious Pommesbox was halfway filled..cold..soggy... I didn't get the intentions. No trouble. Go to another place. Great..Gross..Gross.. The amount of money we spent... we could have gone somewhere else... Teaching learned the hard way

Either this Store needs to Shut down/replace staff or Go fully Automated. This isn't a fast food restaurant nor is it in anyway quality. The reviews speak for itself and it's annoying how nothing is being done but a weak template pasted on Google by the owner...It shouldn't take 10 minutes to order at Night and another 10-15 minutes to receive food at Night. I also don't want the employee to finally talk on the speak to just tell me to wait. 2 cars Infront of me and I had to wait 10 minutes.. crash and burn for all I care....
