Bidrage med feedbackThis place is a SCAM, there is nobody there, they take your money for order it never shows up, then the say it’s been delivered! If you want to throw ur money away then order a pizza that never turns up, plus you cannot contact them, ITS A SCAM
I placed an order online at 5.50pm and it said the pizza would be with us in 30 minutes. When it hadn’t arrived at 6.30pm I called only to hear that they hadn’t even started preparing the order but they would do so now. I called back 20 minutes later and the order was still not being prepared. I asked for a refund and they told me that they don’t do refunds. I have now placed an order at a different restaurant as I have hungry children who need to eat. Stay away from this place. They lie about the delivery time and have terrible customer service. I wish I had read read some of the other reviews on Tripadvisor before placing my order today. Clearly this is the standard practice at this place.
So disappointed! We just tried the local Firezza in Crouch End, having used the one in Islington on and off for years, where the quality and service was patchy, but more often than not the pizzas tasted really good. But what is going on here? We chose to collect 2 pizzas so there was little that could go wrong with the service so no complaints there, but the taste?? Slightly odd consistency to the base and crust and especially disappointing toppings not least the sparsely strewn titchy flavourless mushrooms, no truffle oil and slightly odd tasting cheese on the forest mushroom pizza in particular (nothing like the same pizza I ordered countless times from the Islington branch, where it was a favourite) We tried heating them up in case that improved things, but it really didn’t. We ended up throwing the rest of the pizzas away which I have honestly never done with any take away pizza before! I don’t know if this is a blip, a sign of decline in all Firezza outlets or just something wrong with Crouch End but I won’t be risking it again so unpleasant!
I used to regularly order from here as the pizza was good. Then the pizza turned up cold a few times so we stopped. Gave it a chance again tonight and regretted it. Ordered 20.36, due 21.06. Called 21.28 as still not showing out for delivery. Told it will be 5 mins. Called 21.51; told driver has just collected. I hope the pizza is enjoying its tour of London as now 22.11 and no sign. Furious with hunger. How does somewhere go so badly off the rails? I don’t mind mistakes but I cannot accept lies and incompetence.
On 22nd of january I place an order as i usually do since 6 years, through their website. For some reason i was charged and the order didn’t go through. After a while i call the shop in Crouch End and the manager is asking me proof of the payment via email. He tells me to place another order and pay again because the refund will be issued in 10 days maximum. After 2/3 weeks I still haven’t receive my money back and haven’t heard from them. I send another email after another couple of weeks or so where I was very upset because i still haven’t received refund and also any answer from them. And the reply was that “the head office is taking too long, ect and if i want i can have a free pizza as gesture of goodwill while i still waiting for the refund”. In the end i had to contact my bank, show them emails and receipts and so i got the transaction void after 6 weeks. I sent another email then asking how can i get the free pizza, and i haven’t received an answer yet. This is how Firezza is treating their loyal customers (over 6 years). I would never ever spend one penny for this Company, and you all should do the same.
