Food is usually quite good, tonight however it was absolutely vile, the chicken in my chicken sandwich was slimy and full of fat and gristle, needless to say it wasn't eaten and went straight in the bin, won't be going back! I have ordered from them three times now and three times the order has been wrong which is a shame as the food tends to be good but seems to be a lottery as to what you get. In the past I have let it side but as this seems to be a common issue I rang them and was told they didn't have what I ordered in stock and couldn't refund onto my credit card but would give me a credit the next time I ordered. Sorry guys I like to support local businesses but this is three strikes from me and I wont be ordering again. The good news is that you wont have to honour the credit you promised. The bad news is that you have lost a customer.

Just had my first order from these guys and wow did it have me impressed I loved it and the portion sizes were also very good.
