Dunkin' - Hapeville

If I don’t do nothing else, I’m going to find me a Dunkin!! ?This was probably one of the best tasting coffees I’ve had in a very long time!There was no one else in line service was quick and efficient.If in the area, I’ll be back.

This might be the best Dunkin’ in America and I feel qualified to say that as a former 2 year mayor of the Kenmore Dunkin’s ILY wouldn’t be surviving down here without you ??

Walked in to find cheery Valentine's Day balloons ?

This Dunkin is clean and the staff have always been friendly to me. I ate in the store and had a double espresso, donut and sourdough breakfast sandwich and it was great!

Extremely poor customer service. I went through the drive thru on a very busy morning to purchase warm milk for my small child and decided I should also get a tea for myself. It took at least 10 minutes and the line was out the parking lot. After I paid the person at the window they asked me to drive around and wait for my order. I found this strange as it was only warm milk and tea. After waiting another 5 minutes the person came out to my car and states she is not allowed to sell warm milk. I was completely perplexed because I had already paid. When I asked her to repeat what she was saying she said the owner would not allow her to bring out the milk. The audacity to take someone’s money and then refuse service, made it worth my time to go into the store and talk to this individual with my child in hand. The worker was absolutely right. I told the owner I did not want to understand or debate why he would not sell me milk while I have a small child with me waiting for it, I just needed a refund and would never come there again. This man argued with me for another 3 minutes before giving me the refund. This was in front of my child and a store full of people all waiting to be served. I almost just walked away because it was not a big purchase but the principal of the matter made me demand the refund. You can’t take peoples money and then decide you don’t want to sell them what they have already paid for. Terrible customer service. They are likely busy because of the lack of competition in the area.
