Bad experience the lines are dry and dirty. Too expensive for bad quality

The play place for my two (7 and 8) was awesome as was the bouncy castle. We thought the arcade would be a fun time so bought 50$ worth of tickets it feels like a letdown, unfortunately. The customer service and refunds have been fine for each game that isn't working which is why I'm reviewing it at 3 stars but it's frustrating to keep having to go up for games not working and not being labelled out of order. There's 2 out of order games and we've had to go up 5x for credit refunds for games not working. The customer service and play place deserve the 3/5 stars but the arcade is 1/5.

I recommend any family to go and explore this wonderful place

Too expensive for what you get. Several arcade games were also out of order. The staff was very nice and friendly.
