I came for lunch with my mother, the hall was empty, we chose a table for ourselves and began to wait for the waiter. We saw the business lunch menu and started to make a choice, but when the waitress came up, she threw the menu on the table to us and said that there was no business lunch, without even greeting us. The menu was in sticky spots, it was unpleasant to hold it in your hands. Naturally, we did not order anything and just left. Disgusting service. The dishes are dirty, there are lip prints on the glasses (accordingly, they were not washed), the toilet is dirty, the guests get up and leave, because no one approaches them. Neither hello nor goodbye, the waiter with a disgruntled face, silently puts the dishes and leaves. For that, the administrator stands behind the bar with other waiters and laughs at the whole hall. Sadly)

We visited the restaurant today, the impressions were very bad. The dishes were broken and dirty, the waiters were dressed out of uniform (someone in what, the girls ' hair was not removed), the noodles with salmon and vegetables were cold, windy, with dry salmon and stuck together, there were no mushrooms in the miso soup. The waiters changed each time and did not warn about the lack of tomato juice and mussels (they reported this after taking the order). There was an incomprehensible hole in the wall (near the table) from which cold air blows. The choice of roll sets is very small, there are really no drinks, only black and green tea. Ginger and wasabi were not brought to us at all. Sushi pizza was not brought for a long time and after 50 minutes of waiting it was reported that it was almost ready (they refused to wait further). We ordered a raspberry-strawberry drink, in the end they brought cranberry-lingonberry, without warning about the replacement.

The place is very cold, the tables are dirty! we were sitting in the hall together with a friend, there were no more customers, we were waiting for the order for almost an hour, the chopsticks were brought open, the drinks menu was not brought!
